四季折々で森林浴の出来る散歩コースでメタセコイヤの林を抜け、ふと脇を見ると木で造られた階段がどこまでも続き、爽やかな風がスーッと吹いてきました。緑に誘われて"一歩ずつ"登っていくと気持ちが晴々とし心も体も癒されました。

I passed through the metasequoia forest on a walking course where I could feel the forest in each of the four seasons, and when I looked aside, the woods stairs continued endlessly, and a refreshing breeze blew smoothly. When I was invited by the greenery and climbed "step by step", my feelings were refreshed and my mind and body were healed.
